The Kenzie just got bigger and better! Our Kenzie 2 floor plan features an expanded 1,820 sqft / 6-bedroom layout and a reimagined primary bath with a separate walk-in tile shower, freestanding tub, and added natural light for a true spa-like feel. The kitchen and island have been enhanced to add even MORE space for entertaining (and living), and the reconfigured basement now accommodates 3 bedrooms, instead of 2. Signature M&M custom woodwork shines throughout - as always, and our first Kenzie 2 model includes a bonus room tucked beneath the raised patio!

The Kenzie 2 model will debut at the Spring 2026 Parade of Homes! Photos will be added as construction is complete. Check out the Kenzie floor plan page to see general photos of the main kitchen and living areas, which look very similar, and we will be posting a blackline of the floor plan soon!
